"Poetic Justice Theatre" work title

Character developmet for poetic immersive theatre performance unfolding on a tiny spherical stage suspended in darkness. The stage is circular and slightly elevated, shaped as a miniature moon with construction terrain made of theatre lights. The audience surrounds the planet from all sides, observing it as if it were a living body floating in space.

The performance unfolds as a continuous theatrical long take. A wooden puppet or performer moves carefully along the curved surface of the planet, adapting their balance and rhythm to its small scale. Surrounding darkness is filled with slow-moving stars and distant light textures, suggesting an infinite cosmos beyond the planet’s edge. Lighting evolves gradually, simulating the passage of time—soft dawn, warm midday, and quiet dusk—without abrupt changes.

The performer interacts with the limited environment through simple, symbolic actions: caring for the tree, shaping the ground, listening to the planet itself. Sound design is minimal and immersive, with gentle wind, low cosmic hums, and subtle mechanical textures. The small planet becomes a metaphorical stage where intimacy and vastness coexist, inviting the audience to reflect on solitude, care, and responsibility within a boundless universe.
