The Bloom plugin is a real-time postprocessor for Scope that adds a soft glow to the bright regions of the generated/output video, making highlights feel more luminous and cinematic while keeping motion and structure intact.

Parameters:
- Threshold: Sets the brightness level at which bloom begins (higher means only the brightest highlights glow).
- Soft Knee: Smooths the transition around the threshold to avoid a harsh cutoff and make the glow ramp in more naturally.
- Intensity: Controls how strongly the blurred highlights are added back onto the original frame.
- Radius: Controls how wide the glow spreads (larger values produce a broader, softer bloom but cost more performance).
- Downsample: Applies the bloom blur at a lower resolution for speed (higher values are faster but reduce detail/sharpness in the glow).
